Q: Appointments
We offer appointments to suit your needs, including late nights and Saturdays. To ensure you get an appointment when it suits you, and with the Beauty Therapist you want, please contact us well in advance. For the same reason, we recommend you schedule your next appointment when you leave Vibrance Beauty Te Anau.
Q: Arrival Time
A few minutes before your appointment will allow time for you to unwind and for us to update your details. If it is your first visit with us, your initial consultation will take a few minutes to complete.
Q: Appointment Changes
Due to the boutique nature of our business, last minute cancellations and reschedules can impact greatly on us. Therefore, we would appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows and last minute cancellations or reschedules may result in a charge of 50% of appointment.
Q: Late Arrivals
Wherever possible appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, arriving late will result in customizing your treatment to fit the remaining time available, but you may be still be required to pay the full appointment price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to rebook your appointment which may attract a late change fee.
Q: Client Comfort
To maintain a healthy, relaxing environment for all our clients, we have a no-smoking policy. We also ask that you turn cell phones and pagers off while in the salon. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the relaxation and privacy of other clients.
Q: Client Rewards
We like to reward your loyalty with a fantastic system so please ask your Therapist about it. Points are collected on your completed treatments and on your purchase of selected skincare products. We also have a Birthday Club and if we have your email address and birth-date you will receive a gift from us during your birth month.
Q: Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers make it easy for you to spoil someone with a truly personal gift, or for you to receive a voucher gift you will truly appreciate. Our Gift Vouchers are available in dollar values and can be used for any of our treatments, services or retail purchases. Please note: Our gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and must be used within the valid period. For more information just ask us.
Q: Courier Service
If you find it difficult to visit Vibrance Beauty Te Anau to purchase your home skincare products or Gift Vouchers, we offer a nation-wide courier delivery service. Packing and delivery of purchases is $10 anywhere in NZ. Phone, email and internet orders are welcome.
Q: Payment
All prices quoted are in NZ dollars and include 15% Goods & Service Tax. We accept cash, EFTpos, Visa and MasterCard. For retail purchases by phone, email or internet we may also accept internet bank payment. Contact us for details.
